Astro Gallery

For eight years, I was deeply immersed in visual astronomy. But when Covid-19 hit in early 2020, I pivoted to building my own astrophotography rig during the lockdowns. Over the past few years, I’ve meticulously optimized my setup, fine-tuning everything from polar alignment to guiding precision.

A major focus has been automating my imaging sessions, especially with the exciting arrival of my son in early Summer 2022! While I’ve primarily used a trusty, albeit aging, stock DSLR, I’ve recently begun experimenting with an H-Alpha modded DSLR to push my astrophotography to new heights.

Note: All images unless otherwise noted are my own. I claim no copyright, please feel free to use them. Credit would be appreciated but is not required.
